DAY-TO-DAY DUTIES:
As a Data Architect at Top Sigma, you will:
- Proven track record in designing scalable, highly-performant, and resilient global solutions.
- Experience with cloud technology, cloud architecture, scalable design patterns, CI/CD, DevSecOps practices, and microservices.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to design innovative solutions.
- Familiarity with SAAS implementation and integration.
- Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to develop and optimize data pipelines.
- Create and maintain scalable data models and structures.
- Utilize Python and SQL to manage and manipulate large datasets.
- Leverage AWS services to build and maintain cloud-based data solutions.
- Employ DBT for efficient data transformation and modeling.
- Implement and optimize solutions using Databricks and Spark for large-scale data processing.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Data Engineer.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Data Architect.
- Proficiency in data warehousing concepts and multidimensional data modeling techniques.
- Strong understanding of data management principles, data governance, and data privacy regulations.
- Proven ability to work autonomously and lead data architecture projects.
- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
- Extensive experience with AWS cloud services.
- Proficiency in DBT for data transformation.
- Solid understanding of data modeling principles and techniques.
- Hands-on experience with Databricks and Spark for data processing.
