Ben jij nauwkeurig en geïnteresseerd in Back Office? Onze klant is op zoek naar een Nederlands sprekende voor Legal Online Operations. Het belangrijkste doel van de functie is om gerapporteerde online content te beoordelen, te analyseren en er actie op te ondernemen.

Het proces wordt uitgevoerd door online hosts in reactie op gerechtelijke bevelen of beschuldigingen van illegale inhoud. Dit project ondersteunt de verwijdering van inhoud op een zoekmachine-service die mogelijk in strijd is met de online wetgeving die wordt geregeld door de DMCA.

Je maakt deel uit van een snel groeiend meertalig team en werkt op locatie met en naast interne teams voor een toonaangevende online multinational. Solliciteer nu en start je carrière in dit boeiende team

Tasks

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden en impact als Legal Online Analyst zullen zijn:

  • Beoordelen en verwerken van inkomende juridische verzoeken (intellectueel of niet-intellectueel eigendom)
  • Evalueren of elk verzoek wel degelijk moet worden verwerkt door het team OF dat het verzoek geldig/gegrond is
  • Begrijpen van en up-to-date blijven met het beleid en de richtlijnen van de klant
  • Het verzoek beoordelen binnen de afgesproken termijnen en kwaliteitsnormen
Requirements

Vaardigheden, ervaringen en interesses die je nodig hebt om in deze functie te slagen:

  • Vloeiend Nederlands spreken en een goed level van het Engels beheersen
  • Bij voorkeur een achtergrond in de reisbrance of juridische sector hebben
  • Eerdere ervaring met administratieve taken of andere taken waarbij je veel moet lezen
  • Gemotiveerd en toegewijd zijn in je werk
  • Enthousiast over interculturele communicatie en de expat levensstijl
  • Wonen in Lissabon of bereid zijn om naar Lissabon te verhuizen voor een internationale carrière en levenservaring
  • In het bezit zijn van een geldige Portugese werkvergunning (vereist)
