Descrição da Função:

Como Engenheiro de Automação de Monitorização sob a direção do(á) Diretor(a) de Serviços Técnicos, com ampla autonomia para ações ou decisões independentes, irá desempenhar um papel importante na arquitetura da infraestrutura dos nossos clientes. Fornecer suporte e garantir o funcionamento das atividades operacionais de monitorização e sistemas automatizados. Apoio a todas as equipas de Engenharia da Logicalis Portugal desenvolvendo verificações de monitorização personalizadas e automatizando processos manuais tornando as tarefas mais rápidas e menos propensas a erros.

Deveres e responsabilidades:

Mantém e proporciona melhorias para as atividades de rotina no domínio de monitorização e automação. Avalia casos de uso para desenvolver fluxos de trabalho e scripts para automatizar a provisão e manutenção de servidores, serviços e aplicativos, incluindo provisão e descomissionamento de ambientes. Trabalhar em estreita colaboração com os membros da equipa no desenvolvimento de procedimentos operacionais padronizados para as soluções de monitorização e automação empresarial. Analisa, projeta, implementa, mantém e oferece suporte a soluções de automação e monitorização de IT para redes, sistemas e plataformas de infraestrutura empresarial. Melhoria continua dos sistemas e processos para alcançar maiores níveis de eficácia e eficiência. Experiência em migração de ferramentas de monitorização de diferentes fornecedores. Criar/manter documentação de requisitos de monitorização, automação, processos e implementação.

Habilidades e experiência desejadas:

Qualificações Mínimas:

Possui no mínimo 1-2 anos de experiência com sistemas operacionais Linux e Windows. Proficiência em linguagens de script como Python/Bash/Powershell ou qualquer outra linguagem similar. Experiência profissional com responsabilidade de monitorização/automação de redes, sistemas e infraestruturas de IT. Experiência relevante em soluções de monitorização, como Zabbix, Nagios, Grafana, Logicmonitor, etc. Experiência no uso de protocolos de gestão de redes (por exemplo, SNMP, WMI, Syslog, ICMP, NetFlow, etc.). Experiência com sistemas distribuídos em larga escala e conhecimento de arquitetura (sistemas operacionais Linux/UNIX e Windows, redes, armazenamento) em um ambiente de computação em nuvem ou infraestrutura de IT tradicional. Experiência em trabalhar com uma variedade de APIs de fornecedores e manipulação de conjuntos de resultados JSON, YAML e XML. Experiência com base de dados: MySQL, MS SQL, Oracle, Sybase, etc. Experiência com ferramentas de código-fonte e build, como por exemplo GitHub, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, etc. Certificações de fornecedores no domínio de monitorização, automação e orquestração como: Cisco DevOps, Ansible, Microsoft Certified: Azure DevOps Engineer Expert, Terraform Associate Certification, etc Conhecimentos básicos de ITIL Bons conhecimentos de Inglês Oral/Escrito. Excelentes habilidades de resolução de problemas, solução de problemas e depuração Fortes habilidades de comunicação e colaboração
