Descrição do emprego

Procuramos um(a) Consultor(a) Lean para implementação de um modelo de gestão de clientes, de acordo com os objetivos definidos, alcançando a satisfação do cliente e atendendo a requisitos no âmbito da qualidade e cumprimento de projetos.

Destacam-se como principais responsabilidades da função:

. Aplicar as metodologias Lean e executar os projetos, de acordo com o plano definido

. Executar atividades de desenvolvimento de negócios para angariar oportunidades de novos projetos e leads

. Identificar oportunidades de valor acrescentado nos clientes, apoiando a preparação de novas propostas

. Garantir que as entregas do projeto sob sua responsabilidade estejam a superar as expectativas do cliente

. Manter a liderança e controlo das atividades do Projeto no Cliente

. Construir e reportar KPls para follow up de objetivos e desempenho do projeto

. Promover ações de formação

Qualificações

Os requisitos para o desempenho da função compreendem:

. Licenciatura em Engenharia (mecânica, industrial, outras)

. Experiência em Lean Manufacturing e implementação de projetos de melhoria contínua e industrialização (preferencialmente automóvel ou aeronáutica)

. Será valorizada formação em Six Sigma, Black Belt e conhecimentos de Balanced Scorecard

. Aptidão para novas tecnologias e sistemas informáticos

. Proficiência em ferramentas Microsoft (Word, Excel, Power BI, Power Point e Outlook)

. Fluência em Inglês (conversação e escrita)
