We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Developer to join our marketing team. As a Business Developer at Erakulis, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and developing strategic partnerships. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, and developing and executing business development strategies. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about the wellness industry and has a proven track record in driving business success.

Responsibilities
  • Identify potential business opportunities and develop strategies to secure new partnerships
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify potential growth areas
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers
  • Negotiate and finalize business agreements and contracts
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative solutions and offerings
  • Monitor and evaluate business performance metrics and develop action plans to achieve targets
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to identify new business opportunities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the wellness industry
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Proactive and result-oriented mindset
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Availability for travel as required
