We are seeking a Game Producer with mid-level experience to join our team at Kokku Games. As a Game Producer, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the development process and ensuring the successful delivery of game projects.

As a Game Producer, your responsibilities will include:

  • Establish a clear product vision for the Kokku team, ensuring seamless communication and understanding across all levels.
  • Lead the project team to deliver game assets on time, within budget, and at the desired quality by organizing, monitoring, and managing the development process effectively.
  • Schedule production goals, tasks, and milestones across all stakeholders involved in the game development process.
  • Coordinate with clients on establishing project approval processes to ensure alignment and clear expectations.
  • Ensure comprehensive tracking of all game assets, including status, version number, changes, etc., through to final delivery.
  • Maintain a smooth operation and workflow across departments to facilitate efficient game development.
  • Report on metrics and maintain regular reports on team member performance and project progress.
  • Responsible for team organization, including setting up meetings, discussions, feedback sessions, and communication channels.
  • Set goals and milestones for the entire game, with a strong understanding of the gaming market, competitors, and constraints.
  • Oversee the quality of the product, ensuring it meets high standards across all aspects of the game with the support of the lead and directors;
  • Communicate with stakeholders and the team to anticipate potential risks and propose solutions proactively.

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of the game development process and industry trends, with proven experience managing game development teams.
  • Demonstrable track record as a Producer in the gaming industry, with experience leading and motivating teams to deliver successful projects.
  • Mature personality capable of managing high-level relationships and thriving in a multicultural work environment.
  • Creativity and pragmatism in identifying and implementing solutions to overcome obstacles and drive project development.
  • Exceptional organizational and analytical abilities to deliver high-quality projects within tight deadlines.
  • Strong project management skills, with fluency in using project management software such as Jira.
  • Excellent command of English for effective communication in a global industry setting.
  • Highly self-managed and motivated, with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to navigate multidisciplinary teams and fast-paced environments efficiently.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in the gaming industry.
  • Experience with AAA game productions.
  • Familiarity with outsourcing development.
  • Experience as a publishing producer.
