This position prepares the way of salvation and exaltation by making essential gospel teachings, resources, and services accessible to God’s children. This position fosters an environment of reverence and respect and helps guide customers to make informed product decisions. Provides exceptional service to customers. This is an entry level clerk position. The incumbent of this role must be endowed and hold a current recommend.

This is a part-time position of 10 hours per week. 

Serves patrons by responding to questions, finalizing sale of selected products. Assists patrons to ensure proper fit and product usage which may require an understanding of variations in styles, fabrics, properties and cleaning methods. Personal fitting consultation and product knowledge. Responds to questions regarding curriculum ordering procedures or content. Possesses the ability to operate the point-of-sale terminal. Acts to resolve customer problems, assuring that the quality customer service techniques are used. May assist with inventory and cycle counts. May serve English and non-native English speaking patrons, accommodating differences in international sizing. Assists in the creation of product and inventory displays as needed. High School Education or equivalent. Retail Sales and Customer Service experience. Good communication (English) and people skills. Basic Math and Computer skills preferred. Work as scheduled and needed, including bank holidays and Saturdays.
