Tasks

As a Content Moderator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the compliance and security of our platform's content. Your primary responsibilities include meticulously reviewing and managing uploaded content within established guidelines. Additionally, you will provide high-quality service, adhere to prescribed processes, and participate in campaign training sessions to enhance your skills.

Responsibilities:

Content Moderators support our client’s efforts to deliver high-quality and efficient moderation service for the Global E-commerce team. Moderation is responsible for the governance of Seller, Product, Live and Short Video.

  • You will ensure legal compliance and safety of content uploaded to our platform.
  • You are responsible for the development, improvement, and maintenance of standards for the security of our online communities.
  • You will improve the content management strategy for short video platforms.
  • You are responsible for coordinating with supervising departments for the timely management of content that violates our policies.
Requirements
  • German language (C1-C2) with English (C1)
  • Ability to work in Lisbon, Portugal or relocate there.
