A nossa loja em Lisboa, situada no El Corte Inglés, procura alguém proativo, positivo, responsável, com vontade de ajudar o cliente e de trabalhar em equipa. Diariamente será o principal embaixador da marca e partilhará esta essência com a restante equipa e com os clientes.

Quais as principais responsabilidades?

  • Trabalhar em equipa, juntamente com a equipa de gestão da loja, para conjuntamente conseguirem alcançar os objetivos de vendas e libertar o seu potencial máximo.
  • Conectar com os clientes e oferecer-lhes uma experiência de compra com significado.
  • Seguir os standards da Rituals, no que diz respeito a metodologia de venda, procedimentos de segurança, diretrizes de visual merchandising e de vestuário e aparência.
  • Realização de tarefas operativas como receção de mercadoria, limpeza da loja, contagem de stock, etc.

 

Poderá tornar-se um especialista dos nossos produtos, coleções e tratamentos. A Rituals oferece muitas oportunidades para desenvolver os seus conhecimentos e competências através do nosso amplo plano de formação.


Qualificações

Na loja, trabalhará juntamente com a equipa, de forma a oferecer uma experiência incrível ao cliente e apresentar soluções adequadas a cada situação. Na Rituals fomentamos as conexões entre todos através de momentos com significado, celebrações e reuniões inspiradoras. O nosso ambiente de trabalho é dinâmico, familiar e orientado ao trabalho em equipa, com um enfoque na sustentabilidade e no bem estar.

Requisitos:

  • Preferencial, experiência prévia em função similar dentro do setor de retalho ou hotelaria.
  • Mindset de orientação ao cliente e espírito de trabalho em equipa
  • Conhecimentos de Inglês são valorizados
  • Disponibilidade para trabalhar por turnos
  • Orientação ao detalhe e capacidade de organização.
  • Nível elevado de inglês.
