Du bearbeitest die Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnungen der kaufmännischen Angestellten, Werkstudenten und geringfügig Beschäftigten unter Beachtung der sozial- und lohnsteuerrechtlichen Bestimmungen Du pflegst die Personalstammdaten und Personalakten und sorgst für die Eingabe aller Bewegungsdaten Die Erfassung und Pflege der betrieblichen Altersvorsorge gehört ebenfalls zu deinen Aufgabengebieten Du bist selbst für das Melde-, Berichts- und Bescheinigungswesen verantwortlich Du bist Ansprechpartner für die Mitarbeiter in allen Fragen der Entgeltabrechnung Außerdem bist du auch für die Behörden, Krankenkassen und Sozialversicherungsträger der richtige Ansprechpartner Deine Mitarbeit und Unterstützung bei internen Audits sowie bei externen Wirtschaftsprüfungen ist ebenfalls gefragtDu hast genau das, was wir brauchen:
Du bringst bereits erworbene Kenntnisse in der Lohnbuchhaltung mit Deine Berufserfahrung im Bereich Abrechnung sollte mindestens 1 – 2 Jahre betragen Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (Ausbildung zum Lohnbuchhalter/in ist von Vorteil) Du hast möglicherweise bereits Erfahrung mit Paisy (ADP) sowie gute Kenntnisse im steuer- und sozialversicherungsrechtlichen Bereich Ebenso sind Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil (Level - A2) Sehr gute Kenntnisse der Office Programme, insbesondere Excel setzen wir voraus Du bist ein freundlicher und offener Mensch Deine Teamfähigkeit ist gut ausgeprägt und du hast eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe Die Bearbeitung der oben geführten Aufgaben erledigst du mit deinem Team zusammen, sowie auf eigener FaustFoundever™ ist ein weltweit führendes Unternehmen im Bereich Customer Experience (CX).
