What Youll Do:

  • Connect with Customers: Use your Italian and English language skills to engage with customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Solve Problems: Listen to customer issues, identify solutions, and resolve their concerns efficiently and effectively.
  • Provide Information: Share accurate and helpful information about our products and services.
  • Record Interactions: Keep detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and actions taken.
  • Build Relationships: Foster positive relationships with customers through excellent service and communication.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.

What Youll Bring:

  • Language Skills: Native or near-native proficiency in Italian (C2 level) and good command of English (B2 level).
  • Experience: Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is a plus.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to think on your feet and provide solutions.
  • Empathy: A customer-first attitude and the ability to understand and address customer needs.
  • Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer skills.
