YOUR ROLEWe are looking for motivated developers with experience in Scrum Master to join our teams in Lisbon.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Serve as the Scrum Master for one or more development teams, guiding the team through the Agile process and facilitating all Scrum ceremonies.
- Collaborate closely with Technical Team Lead, Product Owners, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to prioritize and groom the product backlog.
- Remove obstacles and ensure the team is able to work efficiently without interruptions.
- Promote transparency, communication, and collaboration among team members.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback for improvement.
- Foster a culture of accountability, openness, and alignment to Agile principles.
- Ensure the team delivers high-quality, valuable increments at the end of each sprint.
- At least 5 years’ experience as a Scrum Master;
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of the principles and practices of the Scrum framework;
- Scrum Master Certification (CSM) or other agile certifications will be considered an advantage;
- Experience with coaching teams in Agile methodologies;
- Exceptional communication, conflict resolution and situational leadership skills;
- Ability to motivate and empower the team, fostering a collaborative, high-performance work environment.
