Principais responsabilidades
Representar a Dräger nas contas sob a sua responsabilidade, na promoção de produtos e soluções, bem como garantindo a atualização do mapa político e de interesses de cada conta Responsável por planificar, organizar e coordenar as visitas aos clientes dos diferentes especialistas Estabelecer planos de negócios para as contas atribuídas, identificando oportunidades, planificando ações a curto, médio e longo prazo, gerindo a base instalada de clientes Representar a conta dentro da Dräger Espanha coordenando a resolução de problemas, bem como a gestão de informações de entrega, faturação e cobrança dos pedidos, formação e necessidades pós-venda Promover a comunicação, informando o cliente acerca das tendências do mercado alinhando o plano da conta Acompanhar o posicionamento da concorrência mantendo o Marketing informado e atualizar as diferentes ferramentas de venda (CRM, Plano de Conta) Participar em reuniões de Vendas e Marketing, promovendo a partilha de informação pertinentePerfil do candidato/a
Formação académica de nível universitário Experiência prévia em posições comerciais dentro do setor Domínio de ferramentas Microsoft Office, conhecimentos de CRM são valorizados Elevado nível de inglêsPorque Dräger?
