No seguimento da sua estratégia de consolidação e crescimento, o nosso Cliente pretende recrutar um Data Analyst & Management Trainee  para a Indústria Bio Farmacêutica .

HRB Solutions is currently hiring for a multinational company that specializes in biotechnology applied to the pharmaceutical area. Following its consolidation and growth, our Client is searching for a Data Analyst & Management Trainee for the Biopharmaceutical Industry .

Responsibilities

Enquanto Data Analyst & Management, o candidato selecionado irá apoiar a elaboração de relatórios diários de vendas para os países nórdicos, isto através da extração, transformação e publicação de diferentes tipos de dados. A nível das funções a realizar, destacam-se:

Análise, monitorização e validação de dados recolhidos e armazenados; Colaborar na criação e no desenvolvimento de dashboards e de outros indicadores de gestão que permitam monitorizar e acompanhar KPIs estratégicos no negócio do Cliente; Prestar apoio na elaboração de relatórios onde constem os resultados da análise dos principais indicares de desempenho; Desenvolver modelos de dados com o objetivo de criar insights referentes às vendas dos produtos do Cliente; Participar na implementação de processos de Data Quality; Implementar ferramentas e procedimentos que garantam a melhoria e otimização das operações e dos negócios desenvolvidos pelo Cliente em vários países.

As our Client's Data Analyst & Management Intern, you will support the delivery of Daily Sales Reports for the Nordic Countries by extracting, transforming and publishing different types of data. The responsibilities include:

Analysing, monitoring and validating collected and stored data; Collaborating in the creation and development of dashboards and other management indicators that make it possible to monitor and follow strategic KPIs in the Client's business; Providing support in drawing up reports containing the results of analysing KPIs; Developing data models with the aim of creating insights into sales of the Client's products; Participating in the implementation of Data Quality processes; Implementing tools and procedures to ensure the improvement and optimisation of operations and business developed by the Client in various countries. Qualifications Licenciado na área de Ciências de Dados, Gestão, Gestão de Dados ou área relevante para a função; Fluência em inglês, oral e escrita (obrigatório); Bons conhecimentos de informática na ótica do utilizador (Excel obrigatório); Conhecimentos médios de SQL; Experiência com ferramentas de análises de dados – ex: PowerBI e Tableau (preferencial); Atenção ao detalhe, rigor e à priorização de tarefas; Excelentes capacidades de comunicação, organização e responsabilidade; Fortes competências a nível de análise, resolução de problemas e de relacionamento interpessoal. University Degree in Data Science, Data Management, Business Management or related majors; Fluency in English, oral and written (mandatory); Good computer skills from a user’s perspective (Windows/Office); Medium knowledge of SQL; Experience with data analysis tools – e.g. PowerBI or Tableau; Strong skills in terms of analysis, attention to detail, problem solving and prioritization of tasks; Excellent oral/written communication skills, organization and responsibility; Self-motivated, able to work independently, curious, and willing to learn.
