Brilliant, we can't wait to welcome you  About the role… Support the head of Cybersecurity Infrastructure Security (CYS INF) in strategy-related topics (e.g. engaging with leaders across Cybersecurity, supporting generation of briefing materials, workshop preparation, support if not lead to prepare and moderate town-hall-events and team meetings, promote knowledge exchange). Create storytelling content and compelling messages to accelerate the current transformation journey. Engaging with leaders across businesses and geographies by supporting market research, the development of internal briefing materials, and conducting internal/external strategy discussions. Analyze market intelligence datasets to identify emerging trends and opportunities for growth. Carry out independent research on relevant topics like cybersecurity and digitalization and propose suitable approaches (i.e. business models, business development). Develop clear, concise reporting and presentations for informed decision-making and facilitating business administration. Coordinate discussions to align on goals and objectives with the relevant stakeholders across the team. We are looking for: An excellent Master's Degree or equivalent to one of the below:  Business Informatics / Computer Engineering / Digital Business / Technology Management or other STEM studies. Practical work experience and knowledge from internships, working student activities or similar. Previous international experience gained through studying and/or working. Flexibility and mobility within the program duration. Passion for Cybersecurity. Proficiency in English.  Good social skills, social competency, and presentation skills. Fluency or intermediate knowledge of Spanish and German are a plus.  We offer you: A hybrid working model with a flexible working hours policy in order to promote work life balance.
