Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Flutter Developer to join our dynamic team in Porto. This is a hybrid role, requiring you to work in the office two days a week. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mobile application development, with a focus on Flutter.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain high-quality mobile applications using Flutter. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs. Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation. Mentor and provide guidance to junior developers.

Qualifications

Requirements:

Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in mobile app development. Proven experience with Flutter and Dart. Strong understanding of mobile development lifecycle, including experience with publishing apps to the App Store and Google Play. Solid knowledge of architectural patterns, understanding of UX/UI standards. Familiarity with RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and cloud message APIs. Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher). Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with other mobile development frameworks (, React Native, Swift, Kotlin). Knowledge of Agile methodologies. Experience with CI/CD tools and practices.
