Job Description

With 11 corporate countries and more than 100 franchise countries, SIXT is globally present and continuously growing. Our International Franchise department is constantly expanding our world-wide network of franchise partners.

We are looking to strengthen our team and therefore looking for a Invoicing & Collection Specialist (m/f/d) at our Lisbon office hub with immediate effect. DO WHAT YOU LOVE

  • You are co-responsible for validating and invoicing franchise and system fees to international SIXT franchise partners
  • You consolidate all transactions into monthly collective statements
  • You clarify billing issues via email and phone
  • You participate in maintenance, clearing and reconciliation of accounts
  • You process refunds and complaints independently

Qualifications

COME AS YOU ARE

  • You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship with a focus on or additional qualification in the field of accounting with several years of experience or have a degree in finance & accounting with first experience on the job
  • Ideally, you have a focus on accounts receivable and/or have worked in a similar position
  • You work in a structured way on your initiative and like to solve challenges in our daily work independently
  • You enjoy working in an agile work environment
  • You have very good communication skills in English (written/spoken) and you appreciate collaborating with international colleagues in our other SIXT offices, e.g. in Germany
  • You are proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, and ideally already have a good understanding of working with SAP-FI
