What you'll do

You will be leading the UK Warehouse to Delivery Team for the Offline Team. Monitor the quality and performance of our global suppliers You will be responsible for developing new suppliers and for supporting the launch of new products for the UK market. Drive the selection of and negotiations with production suppliers for both new and existing products. Devise an appropriate action plan and work with the suppliers to achieve continuous improvement to quality of delivery. Work with the country manager to grow the delivery network required for business growth. You will take responsibility for the execution of a sales-oriented demand forecasting process. You will create continuous demand forecasts and coordinate their elaboration, aligned with the global operations team and with international suppliers. You regularly check and analyze the existing planning parameters for the continuous optimization of the required inventory levels. You are responsible for ensuring the permanent availability of goods with optimum stock levels in cooperation with our warehouses and external suppliers. You will be responsible for our third-party UK partners.

Who we're looking for

You have finished a graduation degree in business administration, engineering, production or a related field At least 4 years of experience in Supply Chain/Procurement Ideally you have previous working experience with operations and/or supply chain and/or procurement Strong people leadership and negotiation skills You have a positive mindset to overcome problems and to find out of box - solutions You enjoy team work and take ownership for your tasks You are a self-starter and can work independently You have a strong understanding of supply chain and logistics (last mile) You are analytically strong and have a strong appetite for making evidence-based rational decisions You consider multiple aspects when making business-relevant, pragmatic decisions You are fascinated by fast scalable business models You are fluent in English
