Customer Service Representative in Portugal Fluent Dutch

As a customer service representative, you're the initial point of contact for customers who have inquiries, need assistance, or encounter issues with the company's products or services. Your role involves answering incoming phone calls, emails, chats, or other communication channels and providing solutions that meet the customer's needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels;

  • Recording and documenting customer interactions and issue resolutions in the customer system;

  • Identifying customer needs and providing appropriate solutions and support;

  • Resolving customer complaints or issues with products or services, ensuring a positive customer experience;

  • Providing product information, price quotes, and processing orders or returns as necessary;

  • Collaborating with other departments within the organization to resolve customer inquiries or issues;

  • Adhering to company guidelines and procedures regarding customer service and communication.



Vereisten

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;

  • Customer-oriented with empathy to deal with customers effectively;

  • Problem-solving ability and ability to perform under pressure;

  • Basic knowledge of computer and software applications;

  • Flexibility to work in a shift schedule, including weekends and evenings if necessary;

  • Experience in customer service or a similar role is a plus;

  • Commitment to staying with the client in Portugal for at least 1 year;

  • Minimum MBO diploma;

  • Enrollment in the education related to the project, your hours will be paid;

  • Fluent in Dutch and English (B2)

As a customer service representative, you play an essential role in building positive relationships with customers and ensuring their satisfaction. You are a crucial link between the company and its customers, contributing to the organization's reputation and success
