ENTER THE GAME

The Team Lead will be responsible for affiliation channel performances and growth. The role holder will have a key role in the affiliation team. You’ll manage your team to increase partners' performances, support the negotiations, deploy new business and manage your team priorities regarding the acquisition strategy.

YOUR ROLE AT BETCLIC

In this context, your duties are:

Manage the Portuguese & Polish operational team

Actions follow-up & working organization Recruitment needs definition and insure hiring if necessary Individual objectives definition Team skills development Team spirit, commitment, and loyalty of employees

Build and develop strategic partnerships:.

Develop and negotiate a partnership strategy aligned with business objectives, market trends, and competitive landscape. Identify, evaluate, and negotiate partnerships with digital platforms, affiliates, and third-party vendors to expand Betclic's digital footprint Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing partners (affiliates, influencers) while continually seeking opportunities to deepen collaboration. Define and manage structuring projects to improve team’s performances

Revenue Optimization:

Drive revenue growth through partnerships by developing joint marketing initiatives, affiliate programs, and revenue-sharing agreements. Analyze and optimize partnership performance to maximize ROI.

This job is for you if:

You have knowledge of online gaming industry, sports, and digital culture; Knowledge of all the affiliation channels and their specificities; You have previous experience as a manager (Mandatory) You have negotiation & communication skills You have analytical skills You are innovative, proactive, and autonomous. You have excellent organisation and Time Management skills You are a Team Player. You have good listening skills and are able to keep confidential information.
