Ecommerce Trainee (m/f)

O Pestana Hotel Group é o maior grupo hoteleiro multinacional de origem Portuguesa, com mais de 100 Hotéis e Pousadas e presente em 16 países.

ÁREA/DEPARTAMENTO

Este estágio irá decorrer no departamento de Ecommerce e tem como principal objetivo o desenvolvimento de competências, com o apoio do orientador, efetuando análises de dados e estudos de benchmarking que permitam um alinhamento e consistência dos conteúdos sobre os hotéis Pestana no website e em plataformas externas e rever e melhorar os conteúdos no ecossistema Digital onde o Grupo Pestana está inserido. Será também promovido o conhecimento do mundo Pestana Hotel Group, não só na área de E-Commerce, mas também com todas as áreas com que esta trabalha, por forma a compreender a dinâmica e todos os processos.

AS TUAS PRINCIPAIS TAREFAS:

- Analisar e identificar ajustes no conteúdo sobre as unidades Pestana no website e plataformas externas (Trivago, TripAdvisor, etc.) 
- Analisar os conteúdos gráficos e imagens dos hotéis no website e em plataformas externas, garantindo o alinhamento línguistico e formatação nos vários idiomas;
- Realizar estudos de benchmark para desenvolvimento do site e aplicação de boas-práticas;
- Realizar análises sobre os resultados do website e plataformas externas;
- Auxílio em testes de aceitação e novos projetos;
- Monitorização das gravações de sessão do site e mapa de calor, de forma a identificar melhorias na usabilidade do mesmo, a fim de aumentar a taxa de conversão;
- Suporte à equipa de Email Marketing e Sales Force;
- Reporte de Paridade entre os canais Digitais

QUEM PROCURAMOS?

- Licenciatura na área de Gestão ou similar;

- Perfil orientado para o rigor e atenção ao detalhe;

- Capacidade de trabalhar numa perspetiva analítica;

- Fluência na lingua inglesa (falada e escrita). Conhecimentos na língua espanhola serão uma mais-valia;

- Sólidos conhecimentos de Excel e Powerpoint;

- Contacto com área digital/e-commerce, seja a nível profissional e/ou académico será valorizado;

- Capacidade de trabalhar em equipa e num ambiente dinâmico.
