For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:

• Experience with GLPI implementation and customization;
• Incident and Service Request Management: Ability to configure and administer the GLPI helpdesk module for effective management of incidents and service requests;
• Integration with Monitoring Tools: Such as Nagios, Zabbix, or Prometheus, to automate ticket creation from monitoring events;
• Customization and Development: Ability to customize and extend GLPI through plugin development, customization of forms and reports, and creation of specific workflows;
• Experience in integrating GLPI with other IT systems, such as asset management systems, identity management systems, and change management systems;
• Experience with databases;
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken);
• Availability to work on a hybrid model in Lisbon, but onsite 100% for the first 3-6 months.
