O SEU IMPACTO:

A equipa de Beauty Advisors faz parte da equipa Comercial e é responsável por aproximar a marca dos consumidores finais, a descobrir o seu universo e incentivar as vendas, sempre em estreita colaboração com os parceiros do canal Farmácia e com os restantes elementos da equipa Comercial e outros Departamentos da empresa.

A SUA MISSÃO:
Como Beauty Advisor as suas principais responsabilidades serão:

Ter um conhecimento profundo das características do produto da marca. Saber comunicar o produto e efetuar a sua demonstração prática, nomeadamente através da aplicação do mesmo na pele do consumidor (ex: realização de mini faciais).  Aconselhar e vender os produtos de acordo com a linguagem e imagem da marca, assegurando ao mesmo tempo um excelente serviço ao cliente. Acompanhar e cumprir os objectivos de vendas estabelecidos. Aumentar a lealdade e o conhecimento da marca entre os consumidores. Verificar o stock, os materiais e toda a organização das ações promocionais e de animação por forma a maximizar os resultados e a satisfação. Completar os relatórios relativos às ações corretamente e em conformidade com os prazos estabelecidos. Dar feedback sobre as ações realizadas, propondo melhorias e novas animações ou ferramentas a serem implementadas. Desenvolver e manter boas relações com consumidor e parceiros.


Requisitos Básicos

Ter paixão por Skincare Proativo e focado em soluções e resultados Capaz empatia, gostar do contacto com o cliente e de trabalhar em equipa Vontade de integrar uma equipa dinâmica e ambiciosa Ter carta de condução
