Taleo Consulting is a management consulting group with offices in Luxembourg, Paris, Brussels, Amsterdam, Geneva, Zurich, Barcelona, Singapore, and Lisbon.
As a young and growing company, we now count over 400 employees across our 8 international offices Our activities are primarily focused on finance, life science, retail, and energy.
What will you do?
Foster partnership with the customer/stakeholders/sponsors. Oversees the strategic plan, monitoring and adapting it as needed. Maintains Project’s objectives. Monitors production and quality to the customer/stakeholders/sponsors’ standards. Identifies and resolves issues and risks. Reports on Project’s progress, offers viable solutions and opportunities as they arise. Implements change practices. Manages resources to make sure the schedule is on track. Portfolio management. Lead meetings and set expectations for the Project Team. Maintain the budget. Reporting on projects and portfolios. Work multiple projects simultaneously. Develop the activity in order to contribute to the continuous improvement of the performance, quality, environment, information security and service management.What is a Senior Project Manager at TALEO?
A Senior Project Manager is in charge of schedules, budgets, resources, and deliverables for project, while monitoring the teams to make sure goals and objectives are being kept. Maintains knowledge of the larger landscape without neglecting granular details while tracking project’s health, staying alert for risks and resolving issues as they arise. Maintains standards and monitors the scope with project quality.

Required profile.
What is TALEO looking for?
Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering or Computer Engineering with minimum 5 years experience in Project Management in technological infrastructure. Excellent knowledge of project management methods & experience with Agile (preferred). Excellent planification & stakeholders management capabilities. PMP, IPMA or Prince2 certification (required). PMO experience (preferred). ITIL, ISO20000, CoBIT or ITSM certification (preferred). Fluency in English and Portuguese. Must be in, or with availability to be, the Lisbon or Porto area (at least 2x per week).Why should you join us?
