Como é ser RPA Team Lead Ser Caetano?

– Tem formação em Sistemas de informação ou área similar
– Mínimo de 4 anos de experiência na implementação de RPA – UIPath
– Experiência profissional na liderança/coordenação de equipas
– Experiência profissional na análise funcional e documentação de processos de negócio focado na implementação de RPA
– Capacidade analítica e Competências na gestão de projetos e resolução de problemas
– Conhecimento de sistemas de base de dados e SQL
 
 
Os nossos desafios:
 
– Liderar a equipa de desenvolvimento do Centro de Excelência (CoE) de soluções RPA para o Grupo Salvador Caetano
– Garantir a eficiência dos processos de implementação e entrega de soluções com elevados padrões de qualidade
– Garantir a entrega das soluções nos prazos e investimentos acordados
– Mediar a comunicação entre a equipa de desenvolvimento e responsáveis de outras equipas IT
– Identificar e promover a implementação de melhores práticas no desenvolvimento de RPA
– Promover a implementação e reutilização de soluções RP nas diversas empresas do Grupo Salvador Caetano
– Participar no desenho e elaboração da documentação da solução RPA
– Supervisionar e otimizar a gestão do orquestrador e robots em uso no Grupo Salvador Caetano
– Garantir a recolha e divulgação de KPIs sobre a atividade do CoE de soluções RPA, e dos principais RPAs.
