Em Lindt estamos à procura de Store Manager para a nossa equipa de retail na loja localizada em Freeport.

Procuramos uma pessoa energética, ambiciosa e apaixonada pelo que faz todos os dias. Está a par das novas tendências do sector e deseja desenvolver-se numa empresa internacional em fase de expansão

Abaixo estão as tarefas mais relevantes para o cargo:

Gestão da loja:

  • Elaboração dos objetivos de venda diária/mensal/anual.
  • Monitorizar reuniões diárias (breifing & defriefing) de equipa.
  • Elaboração de planos de ação para alcaçar os objetivos de vendas.
  • Elaboração de planos de ação para incrementar o Tráfego, Ticket médio e Conversion Rate.
  • Preparação de visita mensal à loja com o Area Manager e seguimento do plano de ação de cada uma das visitas.
  • Gestão de receitas e câmbios de moeda.
  • Supervisão da gestão do stock.
  • Supervisão da gestão de datas de validade.
  • Elaboração de relatórios semanais e mensais.
  • Comunicação com a central para assuntos de Retail, Marketing, Operações, RH, Logística.
  • Gestão do e-mail pessoal do Store manager e do e-mail da loja.
  • Planificação do trabalho diário, semanal e mensal.
  • Organização dos cronogramas da equipa.
  • Gestão de encomendas e incidências em loja.
  • Gestão de incidências informáticas e da caixa.
  • Seguimento de custos.
  • Gestão de inventario.

Gestão de equipa:

  • Transmitir os valores da marca e objetivos de vendas à equipa, bem como guiá-los em como os atingir.
  • Contratação e seleção de membros qualificados para Assistant SM e Chocolate Advisor quando seja necessário, junto com a colaboração de RH.
  • Liderar a equipa para atingir os objetivos delineados, acompanhando-os, motivando-os, dando formação e feedback.
  • Assegurar que toda a equipa recebe e interioriza todas as formações propostas pela empresa, como por exemplo, o Service Champion.
  • Fazer reuniões diárias (breifing & defriefing) e garantir que a informação está atualizada (hello panel; caderno de comunicação).
  • Responsável pelo plano de crescimento da sua equipa e da formação em operações de loja da mesma.
  • Preparação e seguimento de Appraisal com o objetivo de apoiar o crescimento profissional da sua equipa.
  • Gestão e planificação de horários.
  • Supervisão de transferências.
  • Supervisão de inventário.
  • Assegurar procedimentos e processos delineados pela marca.

Gestão de vendas:

  • Assegurar elevados níveis de satisfação do cliente e resolver qualquer incidente relacionado com o consumidor final.
  • Vender (95% do tempo deve estar na área de vendas para vender e apoiar a sua equipa).
  • Garantir que as linhas visuais de merchandising estabelecidas pela empresa são cumpridas.
  • Assegurar a manutenção da loja e do armazém em perfeitas condições (reposição de stock, limpeza…).
  • Implementar a estratégia de fidelização do consumidor.
  • Reportar tendências e necessidades de clientes, equipas e loja, ao Area Manager.
  • Propor ideias inovadoras que ajudem a cumprir o volume de negócios ou agilizar processos.
  • Liderar com o exemplo.
  • Participar em reuniões semanais de acompanhamento com o Area Manager, bem como convenções gerais de vendas.

Experiência profissional e ferramentas:

  • Estudos superiores (Licenciatura, Bacharelado, Mestrado)
  • 2 a 4 anos como Store Manager
  • Experiência em venda de produtos premium
  • Experiência em coordenação e desenvolvimento de equipas
  • Nivel nativo– Portugues espanhol avançado.
  • Nivel avançado – Inglês, espanhol
