LGG Advisors, with offices in Porto, Lisbon, London and Madrid, provides a multitude of high added-value consultancy services to leading firms globally. Due to expanding business, the firm is looking to hire a Freelance Lawyer (Commercial and Labour Law) to assist our company with various legal matters. 

 

KEY RESPONSABILITIES

  • Provide legal counsel and support on commercial and labor law matters. 

  • Review and draft contracts, agreements, and other legal documents. 

  • Conduct legal research and analysis on relevant issues. 

  • Advise on compliance with applicable laws and regulations. 

  • Handle disputes and negotiations as necessary. 

 

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Law degree from an accredited law school. 
  • Admitted to practice law in Portugal. 
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese (written and spoken). 
  • Proven experience of at least 5 years in commercial and labor law, preferably in a corporate environment. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. 
  • Ability to work independently and remotely.
