Java Backend Dev

We are seeking a motivated Java Backend Developer. You will play a crucial role in the development and maintenance of our backend systems. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to design, implement, and test robust Java-based solutions, with a focus on REST APIs and microservice architecture. The responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Java-based backend systems, with an emphasis on REST API development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that meet business requirements.
• Write unit tests and ensure code quality through continuous integration and code reviews.
• Participate in the design and implementation of microservices architecture.
• Utilize tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Eclipse or IntelliJ IDE, Maven, GIT / Gerrit, Jenkins, Sonar, Docker, and MongoDB in the development process.
• Demonstrate autonomy, proactivity, and a commitment to regular attendance in a hybrid work environment.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of Backend JAVA programming, including unit testing development
• At least 3 years of development of REST APIs
• Experience in development for microservice architecture
• Knowledge in Linux command line
• Knowledge in MongoDB
• High command of the English language (spoken and written)
• High analytical capacity, logical reasoning, and constructive criticism
• Attendance and regularity (hybrid model)
• Autonomy and proactivit
• Its a plus: experience in Reactive Programming
• Professional proficiency in written and spoken in Portuguese and English.
