Job Description

A BYD Auto, fundada em 2003, é uma subsidiária da BYD, uma empresa de alta tecnologia dedicada à inovação tecnológica para melhorar a vida das pessoas. Com o objetivo de acelerar globalmente a transição para uma mobilidade mais sustentável e ecológica, a BYD Auto está focada em fornecer soluções de mobilidade elétricas (PHEV e EV).

 

A BYD é o único fabricante automóvel do mundo a deixar de produzir veículos movidos a combustíveis fosseis e a apostar apenas na produção de viaturas elétricas.

 

Na europa, a BYD está sediada na Holanda, a sua primeira sucursal internacional.

 

O Grupo Salvador Caetano é o distribuidor nacional da BYD Auto e responsável pela comercialização e serviços de após venda da marca em Portugal, cujo lançamento teve lugar em maio de 2023.

 

 

Como é Ser Product Genius Após-Venda?

 

- Garante o atendimento após-venda, assegurando a receção de clientes e viaturas

- Realiza a gestão oficinal, monitorizando o cumprimento dos objetivos definidos

- Demonstra capacidade técnica na área de manutenção e reparação automóvel

- Assegura a satisfação dos clientes e da equipa técnica

- Tem disponibilidade para realizar/acompanhar serviços técnicos

- É dinâmico, responsável e organizado

- É empático, demonstrando elevada capacidade de relacionamento interpessoal
