About the role:
As a Technical Presales in Networking, you will be responsible for working in Networking solution area, gaining accreditation and subject matter expert expertise (predominantly for one vendor), working internally/externally with the partner base and sales organisation on defining less complex solutions and projects for partners
What you'll do:
Business Development in the market for Network portfolio and Technical Presales for a technical development.
Ability to create quotes on the Networking portfolio using the own networking tools.
Internal discussions with internal European Networking teams, as well as with partners and end customers.
Manage workshops and training sessions.
Provision of an outstanding quality of service and meet predefined customer service level agreements (SLAs).
Communicate product and technology information to educate internal and external audiences.
Deal with product/solution inquiries from internal/external sales, vendors and resellers.
Work towards the required level of technical knowledge in product or technology group and the achievement of any vendor related accreditation.
What we're kindly looking for:
Previous experience in Sales and Presales in the Network scope.
Technical knowledge in Wireless, Routing & Switching.
Experience Routing & Switching.
Knowledge of telephone exchanges, VOIP, etc...
Multicultural person, capable of communicating with very different stakeholders and collaborating with the Cisco Central European TD SYNNEX team.
Location: Lisbon.
Willingness to travel for in-person workshops.
