, nous évaluons également les professionnels de toute la France et, dans ce cas, nous pouvons proposer l'option entièrement à distance, après quelques mois de période d'intégration où nous demanderons à la personne de venir au bureau pour des formations.

En tant Field Service Engineer , votre responsabilité est de maintenir nos clients satisfaits grâce à votre expertise technique et à votre approche dynamique. En pratique, cela comprend :
Dans ce rôle, vous utiliserez vos compétences en dépannage pour améliorer la fiabilité des équipements, soutenir les initiatives de vente et agir en tant que conseiller technique. Vous représenterez notre entreprise de manière indépendante ou en tant que membre d'une équipe professionnelle de Valmet. Vos responsabilités comprennent la fourniture de support technique et de conseils pour la maintenance, la réparation et les mises à niveau, en supervisant les cas de leur origine à leur livraison. La réussite dans ce poste repose sur un service client exceptionnel, un suivi continu et une participation active à l'établissement de partenariats à long terme.
Pour réussir dans ce rôle, vous aurez besoin de :
Solides compétences en mécanique et/ou maintenance industrielle. Minimum de 3 à 5 ans d'expérience pertinente dans un rôle similaire, de préférence dans l'industrie lourde ou l'industrie papetière. La connaissance des bobineuses sera considérée comme un atout. Compétences analytiques et de reporting. Motivation et capacité à atteindre des résultats. Esprit d'équipe et l'orientation client sont essentiels. Compétences organisationnelles et de communication. Maîtrise du français (langue maternelle ou niveau C2) et de l'anglais (B1). Permis de conduire et disponibilité à voyager jusqu'à 50 % du temps travaillé. Date limite de candidature: 30 Juin 2024
