Content Moderator with Hungarian/Slovak/Croatian/Latvian/Lithuanian

We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a world’s leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets, Portugal included. You will be singing the contract directly with the Portuguese employer.
The project:
You will be reviewing content of a graphic nature, and enforcing policy decisions related to content, handling sensitive and complex issues faced by users to protect the platform and keep them safe.
- Hungarian/Slovak/Croatian/Latvian/Lithuanian
Your Responsibilities:
- Review the content that has been received by internal systems or users to ensure that it complies with the community guidelines established by the client;
- Review, classify and / or eliminate highly sensitive content, uploaded by users, according to the parameters defined by the client;
- Make timely escalations that require special attention in accordance with established procedures and comply with all the orders, instructions, procedures related and complementary to the role;
- Perform outbound calls during the investigation, to collect proofs of their complains, from drivers and customers.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Fluency in Hungarian/Slovak/Croatian/Latvian/Lithuanian (must be at least C1)
- Communicative level of English language ( at least B2)
What you will gain:
- Base salary: 1260€ gross per month
- Base salary with accommodation (room in shared apartment with bills included): 1040€ - only if you are currently living at least 100km away from Lisbon
- You will also receive payment for completing the training
- The first contract for 12 months, It is possible to sign a permanent one after 2 years (or renewing the previous one)
- Public and Private health insurance provided by the employer

- Airport pick-up and administrative assistance with your registration in Portugal;
- Refund of the flight expenses after 9 months after the 1st day of hiring;
- Fully paid Accommodation in the city;
