About the role

We are looking for a Paymaster to join our People & Culture Team in Lisbon

What you will do

Maintain accurate employee records, including personal information, time and attendance, leave balances, and other relevant data.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity within HR systems and databases.

Process the monthly payroll and any other salaries exceptional payments for the employees in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring strict compliance with all legal requirements.

Control tax and Social Security calculation process is accurate to ensure compliance with fiscal and legal obligations.

Keep payroll records, ensuring accuracy and consistency of the records Supervise time and attendance and other required activities.

Provide administrative support to the area.

What you bring

At least 3 to 5 years' experience in the field;

Excellent organizational and time management skills;

Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload;

Previous experience within hospitality;

The candidate must hold the required authorization to work in an European country;

Reading, writing and oral proficiency both in Portuguese and English.
