Como é ser o IT Service Management Specialist Ser Caetano?
 
– Tem experiência na função de IT Service Management Specialist ou função similar
– Tem formação académica e experiência em Engenharia Informática ou similar
– Tem capacidade de análise, conceção e disponibilização do catalogo de produtos e serviços
– Experiência comprovada na área de IT Service Management (mínimo 2 anos) e respetiva operacionalização
– Tem conhecimentos em SQL ou equivalente
– Tem conhecimento da língua inglesa/espanhola
– Capacidade de análise, espírito crítico e gosto por investigação
– Experiência na ferramenta EasyVista

– Definir, implementar e desenvolver politicas de acordo com o ITIL/ISO 20000
– Gerir processos de IT Service Management
– Administrar e suportar configuração do sistema de IT Service Management
– Gerir partes envolvidas no ciclo de vida do serviço
– Garantir a documentação dos processos implementados
– Incorporar os Valores Ser Caetano no seu dia a dia
