Job Description

Design, develop, and implement marketing automation solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, such as Email Studio, Journey Builder, Web Studio, and Audience Builder Collaborate with marketing and other business teams to understand business requirements and translate them into functional solutions Develop email templates, landing pages, and forms using HTML, CSS, Javascript, and AMPscript Build, test, and deploy complex customer journeys and marketing automation programs Salesforce Experience - Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components and Flows.

Qualifications

5+ years of working in Information Technology landscape 3+ years of experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, such as Email Studio, Journey Builder, Surveys, Web Studio, and Audience Builder. Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and regulations Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM, with basic knowledge of Sales Cloud Experience in front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), AMPscript, and SQL Experience with API integrations and working with RESTful web services. Basic knowledge of the Agile practices and associated tools Basic knowledge of asset management is a plus Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications (, Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Consultant) preferred but not required Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
