Job Description

Being the  National Application Specialist  means being responsible for all the national applications as the point of contact for applications implementation and coordination for the Country. The expertise for Global IT applications is revealed with consultancy function, Change Request and Incidents management and application reporting. This figure is a bridge between all the applications, the teams within Country and also other specific teams worldwide, from both a technical and communicative point of view. 

Your contribution to something big:

- Responsible for all HR applications specifically regarding:

Incident management: Open and follow up Incident management, being the contact point in case further information is needed, coordinate with the other Teams involved; Test management: Coordinate and perform tests of all the HR IT applications, aligning the test cases and following up the defects resolution and the complete fulfillment along with the GASP; Change Request management: Being responsible to rise Change Request, follow the evolution, communicate to involved parties and check wherever the CR is applicable;

- Responsible for consultation/communication material to all involved parties in process related topics depending on the application and its updates;

- Preparation of training material and conduct trainings to all the stakeholders as requested or required;

- Contact point between the Country and all the other teams worldwide;

- Reference contact point for all the teams within the country (also associates), support to PY / TM from a technical point of view;

- Responsible for reporting;

- Participate in alignment meetings with the other NASP's and GASP to streamline procedures;

- Responsible to support and if required take over project related to any country HR IT rollout.

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

- Education : High School Level Diploma as a minimum, Information Systems or other relevant area would be a plus;

- Know-How : Solid MS Office tools knowledge (Word, Excel and Outlook).

- Languages : Strong Communication skills in English - C1 level as minimum;

- Personality : Mindset and ability to adapt and adjust on short notice to fast changing environments and work under pressure. Also, we are looking for a strategic thinker, someone with good organization and autonomy.
