Your new adventure:

Proven experience in recruitment of the local market, but also hire in our other locations (Europe & US) Manage the whole recruiting process from job posting to the final stages Source candidates for hiring managers whilst at the same time managing their expectations by providing them with a great experience Maintain processes around hiring, assisting which change as needed for continuous improvement within Pipedrive Manage the existing pipeline of candidates and identify which future opportunities they might be a fit for Assist with managing the relationships with preferred search partners and universities Improve our organisation’s compliance by maintaining and improving policies and practices Update hiring practices based on local law changes and initiatives Responsible for supporting Hiring manager training and upskilling  Understanding of headcount controls including costs and phasing of hires Thought leadership on TA evolution of best practice Utilize recruitment metrics and analytics to track and improve performance Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion  Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to ensure continuous improvement

Does this sound like you?

3+ years of experience in a similar position, ideally in a fast-growing startup or scale-up environment Proven ability to strategize and execute hiring plans while effectively communicating with key stakeholders Bachelor’s Degree in a related field In-depth knowledge of local employment laws and hiring variances Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to adapt quickly to change in a rapidly growing company Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities Fluent in English; proficiency in an additional local language is a plus Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR software Strong project management skills
