We opened the new Lisbon office in early 2023 and we’re looking for talented consultants to join the Lisbon team. At Efficio you will enjoy excellent progression opportunities, a collaborative culture, and exposure to our international client-base.

Role Responsibilities:

As a Consultant at Efficio you will be responsible for supporting with the delivery of client work:
-Manage the collection and analysis of client data, contributing to the development of recommendations and solutions.
-Plan and implement agreed strategies, ensuring targeted outcomes are achieved.
-Provide support and guidance to Efficio business analysts / junior consultants on projects.
-Manage key relationships with client stakeholders, leveraging your knowledge and expertise, and ensuring buy-in to the agreed strategies.Essential Requirements-An exemplary academic background
-Minimum of three years’ relevant management consulting experience
-Demonstrated interpersonal, strategic, and analytical skills
-Strong communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders of all levels
-Fluency in English
- We operate on hybrid working pattern that combines both remote work and on-site presence. As part of our
dedication to meeting client and business needs, flexibility to travel is essential.Desirable Requirements-Consulting experience within procurement and/or supply chain preferred, but not essential
-Fluency in another European language (Portuguese, Spanish, French, German, Italian)

Responsabilidades:
Como consultor na Efficio, serás responsável por apoiar a entrega de objetivos para o cliente:
-Gerir a coleção e análise de dados do cliente, contribuindo para o desenvolvimento de recomendações e soluções.
-Planear e implementar estratégias acordadas, garantindo que os resultados desejados sejam alcançados.
-Fornecer suporte e orientação aos consultores juniores da Efficio em projetos.
-Gerir relacionamentos-chave com partes relevantes do cliente, avançando conhecimento e garantindo acordo nas estratégias delineadas.
Competências e experiências necessárias:
-Um histórico académico exemplar.
-Mínimo de três anos de experiência relevante em consultoria.
-Competências interpessoais, estratégicas e analíticas demonstradas.
-Forte competências de comunicação com a capacidade de influenciar partes interessadas de todos os níveis.
-Dominio de inglês é essencial.
-Dominio de português, ou outra língua europeia, é desejável.
