YOUR ROLE

As a monitoring engineer you will be responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, reinstall and fix servers which includes:

  • Hardware Monitoring;
  • Troubleshoot alert;
  • Fix faulty hardware remotely;
  • Report the faulty hardware to be fixed on site;
  • Operational tracker.
YOUR PROFILE
  • Cloud, Linux, Openstack;
  • Kibana, Grafana, Jira, Server Console

Nice to Have:

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team;
  • Detail orientation and strong analytical skills;
  • Willingness to learn and sense of responsibility;
  • Good level of English
