THE ROLE

As Indie Campers Controller Chargeability Associate, you will be responsible for building and implementing the frameworks related to the chargeability process of the global operation, as well as identifying deviations to the budget and determining course correction actions. You will be responsible to build and implement all the reporting, control procedures and resolution measures associated with our global operations in order to ensure compliance and 100% chargeability across all business units and sale points of the organisation.

You will be joining our Financial Planning and Reporting team in our HQ, reporting directly to the Finance Director, and working very closely with stakeholders across all the organisation.

Your contributions will directly impact business decisions by providing insights, establishing targets, identifying action items, and effectively framing decisions on operational, financial and strategic matters.. WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

Develop and refine the chargeability process across all business units and sale products Create all chargeability controls, relevant and applicable to each business unit and sale product Create all necessary chargeability reporting models  Develop and refine financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning. Perform detailed variance analysis and provide actionable insights on chargeability progress. Collaborate with the finance teams to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data. Collaborate with the legal and operational teams to ensure correct implementation of chargeability procedures Support strategic decision-making through in-depth financial analysis and reporting. Identify trends and recommend actions for chargeability optimization profitability enhancement.. Coordinate with stakeholders across the organisation to gather necessary data and provide financial insights. Present financial findings and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering or a related field; a Master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus. Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting, preferably in a senior or specialist role. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with a track record of delivering accurate and timely financial reports. Proficiency in financial modelling and forecasting techniques. Advanced knowledge of Excel and financial software tools. Good communication and presentation skills. Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders across the organisation. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically. Self-motivated with a high level of initiative, ability to work independently and coordinate other team members. Fluency in English is mandatory; additional language skills are a plus.
