Your role:
· Troubleshooting for various applications (Windows, MS Office)
· Troubleshooting for Hardware/Network
· Help desk for local End User
· Cooperate closely with all departments (internal/external) to achieve the company target
Your profile:
Mandatory: no professional experience in the IT area Student or recently graduate in a IT professional school or university with a Computer Science/Hardware degree Good knowledge of Windows system architecture Strong interpersonal skill and the ability to work effectively with different level Quick response and efficient working style with high level of accuracy at detail and summary levels; Good written and spoken English Ability to work independently and under pressure Ability to analyze and solve problems.
