Your mission will be…

Toparticipate in international projects, try out cutting edge technologies in thefields of Software Development on SAP BTP services and solutions, as well asinnovative methodologies used every day at Global Business Services (GBS), suchas DevOps, Scrum & Agile.

Work on a business company with representatives in aninternational environment. Learn and specialize in 3 main pillars:SoftwareDevelopment (NodeJs, Java);SAP BusinessTechnology Platform (BTP);SAP CloudApplication Programming Model (CAP). A mentor during the program who will support youreaching your individual career goals and guide you to craft your future withus. Comprehensive and state-of-the-art training that willhelp you grow your communication and personal skills. Our international community of trainees and alumni whoare looking forward to mentoring and working with you. An excellent springboard for a successful careerwithin Siemens in career expanding roles.

What do I need to qualify for this trainee?

You recently have or you willsoon graduate with a Bachelor’s/Master's Degree, Doctoral Degree or equivalentcombined from Computer Science or related Engineering field. Significant practical workexperience and knowledge from internships or working student activities. International experiencegained through studying, working etc. An intercultural mindset is crucial forthis program. Fluency in English mandatory;additional knowledge of German and/or Portuguese is preferred. Enthusiasm about theDigitalization and eagerness to learn new technologies. Open-minded, highly motivated,and ready to take on challenges. Flexibility and internationalmobility within the program duration. Are you committed, growing,and succeeding in your tasks.

What you can expect from us…

A 12-monthinternship with allowance on a hybrid and flexible working model designed toenhance your work-life balance while supporting your studies. The opportunityto do 16 hours a year of volunteer work, plus the chance to join sports groups.A health insurance and access to our on-site medical center.
