Cyber & Information Security Governance Senior Specialist (f/m/div)

As a Cyber & Information Security Governance Senior Specialist, you will be part of the Governance and Education team within the Governance & Risk function and be responsible for the maintenance and continuous improvement of our Cyber & Information Security Management System as well as for driving various Cyber Security compliance initiatives and their integration into the management system to enable the continuous and secure growth of Infineon’s business.

In your new role you will:

  • Be responsible for the maintenance and continuous improvement of Infineon’s Cyber & Information Security Management System globally
  • Ensure Infineon’s continuous compliance with legal, contractual and internal security requirements as well as certified Security Standards(e.g. ISO27001, TISAX, Common Criteria, GSMA, etc.)
  • Drive the improvement of Infineon’s governance & compliance tool and landscape
  • Head or be part of cyber security compliance projects that aim to identify and remedy gaps towards new or changing contractual, regulatory or legal cyber security requirements
  • Support the maintenance and improvement of the Governance & Education function and related processes as well as the Cyber & Information security control framework
  • Drive and continuously improve the integration of Cyber Security controls in Infineon’s (business) process landscape.
You have a hands-on approach to work and can take responsibility for your own area of expertise. You have a proactive and enthusiastic attitude and can establish a successful collaboration with people across different levels and functions of the organization. Moreover, you have excellent communication skills and enjoy sharing your knowledge and providing guidance to others.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:
  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or an equivalent qualification – ideally with a focus on Cyber / Information Security
  • Several years of practical experience as a subject matter expert or consultant in Cyber / Information Security GRC - preferably in an international environment field
  • Knowledge of general Cyber / Information Security Standards such as NIST and ISO27001, and ideally industry-specific Security Standards (e.g. TISAX, Common Criteria, GSMA)
  • Project management experience in leading international, multi-disciplinary teams in cyber security governance implementation is a plus
  • Relevant Security Certifications (e.g. ISO27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor, CISA, CISM, CISSP) are a plus
  • Fluency in English (mandatory).
