Job Description

ROLE AND RESPONSABILITIES:
As Waiter (M/F), you will report to the F&B Director and will be responsible for ensuring the table service, from the preparation of mise-en-place to customer service. Provide information and promote the products of the restaurant and other hotel outlets in order to maximize consumption and provide a service of quality and excellence, exceeding customer expectations.

. Professional experience in similar roles. 4 or 5 star hotels or superior restaurants/bars
. Knowledge of Portuguese and English and preference for another Foreign Language (fluent in speaking).
. Professional course adapted to the role (preferred)
. Knowledge of HACCP hygiene and safety standards.
. Computer skills: platforms in the restaurant/bar/hotel area, among others.
