Descrição do emprego

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our smart locker systems Work closely with the Field Maintenance Manager and technicians to escalate and resolve complex issues Document technical issues and resolutions in the internal knowledge base Collaborate with internal teams to improve products based on customer feedback

Qualificações

Troubleshoot platform-related issues; Use logging and troubleshooting tools to identify performance bottlenecks and perform root-cause analysis. Bridge with R&D issues and defect priorities to be a part of our product’s continuous improvement process. Proficiency in at least 1 database (Oracle, Sybase, SQL Server); -Basic knowledge of PowerShell Scripts; Ticket Tools; English; French
