MAIN DUTIES

● Project analysis and compatibility (preparation)

Carrying out or collaborating on soil and building material tests in the laboratory.

● Providing technical assistance related to the construction of buildings and other structures, with surveys or preparing reports on them

● Ensuring compliance with project specifications, regulations and legislation, maintaining required standards in materials and workmanship

● Apply technologies and practices related to the principles of civil engineering and buildings to identify and solve problems

● Collaborate in estimating the quantity and costs of materials and labor for the project based on the specifications given

● Organize the maintenance and repair of buildings and other structures

● Inspecting buildings and other structures during and after construction to ensure that they comply with legislation, approved plans, standards and specifications relating to construction, site preparation and safety

● Inspect industrial facilities, hotels, cinemas, other buildings and structures to detect fire hazards and advise on solutions to problem
● Advising on the installation of fire detectors, automatic sprinkler systems and the use of materials that reduce fire risk and damage

RequirementsDegree in Civil Engineering or Professional Training in Measurement and Budgeting;

Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and AUTOCAD

Knowledge of MS Project and CCS (Preferred)

Responsibility, organization and proactivity

Good ability to manage stress and deadlines

Intermediate level of English
