Purpose of Position
The Contracts Specialist, working within the Owner Contracts team, plays a critical role in the accurate and timely execution of NetJets Agreements to ensure successful closure of NetJets Sales transactions in accordance and compliance with NetJets and regulatory policies.
The Contract Specialist applies a problem-solving mindset to support the Sales team in navigating the closing process and acts as a subject matter expert in deal structure and contractual conditions including both standard and non-standard concessions.
Tasks and Responsibilities
Analyse and prepare NetJets Agreements, understanding and filtering standard from non-standard terms and conditions; Accurately execute NetJets Agreements in line with NetJets Sales and Owner requests, taking into account compliance with NetJets and regulatory policies in a timely manner; Provide ad hoc technical support on contractual conditions to the Sales Team and, or, Management Team by request; Auditing approvals and information provided to advise the Sales or Management team on technicalities that may be missed prior to Contract request, ensuring that the NetJets Agreements are drafted according to internal policies and legal requirements; Manage NetJets Agreement requests, by reviewing contract requests and collaborating with the Sales team to prioritise cases; Support the Contracts Team and the Sales Team to improve the turnaround time for each contract request, by implementing or following best practice to accelerate the end to end NetJets Sales process; Support the Contracts Team and the Sales Team by committing to a continuous learning & development mindset, focused on the improvement of processes; Ensure all documentation received from NetJets Owner’s are compliant and in accordance with NetJets policies and legal requirements; Manage the terminations process, from the moment the termination notice is received, preparing documentation for the termination of NetJets Agreements, while providing the necessary support to the Sales Team or NetJets Owner, ensuring the best NetJets Owner experience; Manage and maintain all NetJets Owner Agreements in a timely and efficient manner to ensure that all legal requirements are met; Provide support to NetJets Prospects and Owners on Program and contractual interpretation to ensure their understanding, joining meetings or calls with NetJets Owners when required, clarifying any NetJets Agreements related questions (non legal), to accelerate the completion of the NetJets Sale; Answer NetJets Agreement and NetJets Program related queries from other Departments and provide high level advice on contractual and commercial terms to ensure accurate execution of the agreement from a Service or Billing perspective.

• University Degree in Business Administration, Management or similar discipline;
• Minimum 2 years’ knowledge of NetJets products preferred;
• Minimum 3 years’ experience with issuing and auditing contractual documentation including roles within Customer Contracts, Paralegal, Procurement or Audit functions;
• Ability to understand an execute with contractual matters, understanding standard and non-standard requests and proposing contractual structures and solutions;
• Excellent communication skills both written and oral;
• Fluency in Business English (written and spoken);
• Proficiency in MS Office.
