Referral Program Associate

THE ROLE
As a Referral Program Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving customer acquisition and business growth through the development and management of referral programs. This position is dynamic and requires a versatile skill set to run our new referral initiative.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Program Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement an effective referral program that aligns with company goals. Conduct market research to identify industry best practices and competitive benchmarks. Develop program guidelines, incentives, and work with the Organic Marketing team on promotional materials. Ensure all referral programs comply with relevant regulations and company policies, collaborate with legal teams to draft program terms and conditions. Community Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with existing customers, influencers, and brand advocates, and other relevant stakeholders to maximise referral program participation. Develop compelling content and campaigns to promote the referral program across various channels. Develop and execute strategies to increase brand awareness within the travel/road trip community. Communication and Reporting: Establish clear and consistent communication channels to keep stakeholders informed about program updates. Implement tracking mechanisms to monitor and analyse the performance of the referral program. Provide regular reports and insights to management, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Revenue Management, Customer Excellence, Tech and Product, Marketplace to align referral program objectives with overall business goals. Provide insights and feedback to improve customer and client satisfaction.QUALIFICATIONS :
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 3-4 years of experience in developing and managing referral program. Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative and engaging marketing content. Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of the campervan rental industry is a plus.-
