GBS is looking for a Customs Trainee to be based in Santa Maria da Feira.
Your mission, roles and responsibilities
The main missions of the role are:
Collect Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM) information from suppliers regarding the carbon content of supplied components to Forvia; Communication of Forvia’s Long Term Supplier Declaration (LTSD) to customers; Track and ensure the renewal of suppliers Long Term Supplier Declaration (LTSD) to Forvia; Verification of suppliers Long Term Supplier Declaration (LTSD) content following the checklist provided by Customs IT Coordinator, ensuring its validity and accuracy.The ideal candidate will have/be:
Minimum education level: Bachelor’s Degree in business, logistics or in courses related with legal and customs Technical and behavioural skills: Service mindset Good computer skills (MS Office-Excel). Knowledge of SAP MM is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate in English (mandatory) French or German or Spanish is a plus. Capability to follow a work instruction. Planning, analytical and organization skills. Ability to work in an international environment. Operational mindset. Autonomous and proactive.-
