Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Assistance: Provide top-notch customer support to French-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Issue Resolution: Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries and issues, maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of our products and services to deliver accurate and helpful information.
  • Documentation: Accurately record customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the enhancement of our support processes by providing valuable customer feedback and insights.
Requirements:
  • Language Proficiency: Native or fluent in French (written and spoken). Good command of English is essential for internal communication.
  • Experience: Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with customer service software or CRM systems.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with a focus on empathy and clarity.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to think quickly and provide effective solutions in a dynamic environment.
